Justification: The IUPAC Global Women's Breakfast (GWB) serves as an exceptional platform to unite scientisfs worldwide, fostering collaboration and empowering women in science' My involvement in GWB2025 aliSns closely with my ongoing efforts to promote gender equity, scientific collaboration, and the application of chemistry to solve global challenges.

Objectives: 

1. Empower Female Scientists: Share experienceq inspire young women to pursue careers in science, and address gender disparity in STEM fields.

2. Foster Global Collaboration: Build networks with scientists from diverse backgrounds, potentially leading to collaborative research and impactful projects.

3. Promote Regional Development: Showcase the scientific progress in Kurdistan and lraq while encouraging global partnerships to further educational and research initiatives.
