The College of Science and Physics Department are delighted to invite Ph.D. Studetns to a workshop.

Justification:

One major concern that the academic staff faces is publishing in fake journals. Therefore, conducting the proposed workshop will enlighten the scientific community as to avoiding publishing in fake journals. Additionally, all sessions on the journal checking process will be practical. As a result, elaborating the identified gaps to the academic staff and specially Ph.D. students will be the biggest success of the workshop and will develop and simplify the personal checking process.

Objectives:

-Steps to avoiding publishing articles in the fake journals.

-Strengthening self-checking of academic staff especially Ph.D. students at the COS.

Note: Computers and the Wi-Fi will be required (All 35 Ph.D. students must bring their own computers and Wi-Fi will not available).
